As the days get shorter (I find myself thinking of dinner at 4pm!) and the air a lot colder, it is once again the season to give thanks. Times have certainly changed since we started Limelight Partners. The crash of 2008 happened right as we opened our doors but I'm thankful our clients recognized our talents, our contributions and have continued to help us build our business here in Seattle. I'm also thankful for Charlotte, a great friend and a great business partner. "You complete me Char", I like to say. We make a great team. As for the economy, Who isn't thankful they have a job? How many of us have friends and family out of work? It never ceases to amaze me how in Seattle we breed entreprenuers, people willing to take risks even when everyone tells them they are crazy...MOD Pizza, glassybaby, Blue Sky Cleaners - innovators all pushing forward - local companies making a difference, friends giving thanks for their clients just as we give thanks to ours.
